LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY
Döhmann Audio Pty Ltd warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years, and up to 5 years upon registration of the Döhmann Audio product, with the original purchaser.
Limitations of the Warranty period maybe subject to country of purchase laws limiting this duration. Your dealer will obtain a return authorization number for any defective product from Döhmann Audio, or our entity’s legal importer, and send it to an authorized Döhmann Audio repair facility.
Döhmann Audio will, at our option and upon return of product, replace or repair, without additional charge, any product that does not comply with this warranty.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping expenses outside the 2 years initial warranty period. In the event of shipping damage the purchaser, returning the product must rectify all damage claims with the company used for transport. Shipping duties, costs, and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Döhmann Audio repair facilities may not be available in all countries of purchase. Countries without statutes covering the export or import of items returned for repair may instate additional costs to the purchaser for duties required under the country’s governing laws.
EXCLUSIONS
The manufacturer makes no warranty, express or implied, other than that stated above. The Manufacturer’s liability for any loss or claim, including a claim for breach of the warranty of merchantability or any other warranty, including this limited warranty, shall be limited solely and exclusively to replacement or repair of a defective product, at the election of the Manufacturer and upon return of the defective product to and authorized repair facility.
In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any other damage, including special, incidental, consequential, force majeure, or exemplary damages.
Warranty does not include malfunction caused by accident, misuse, contact with solvent chemicals, or contact with other audio/visual equipment.
This warranty shall be voided in the event the Purchaser alters or tampers with the product in any way or uses the product for any purpose other than that for which it is intended. The Manufacturer’s discretion, unless otherwise covered under the country of purchase legal statues, will be used in all cases to determine compliance of returned goods with the stated warranty.
