This album celebrates the 70th anniversary of Lee Musici's debut in Rome in March 1952. The long-awaited new recording of Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons" by the ensemble that made the first ever stereo recording of the work. The album also features the world premiere recording of "The Four Seasons" from Verdi's opera "Evening Prayer in Sicily," Act III: Ballet Music, which was specially arranged for the Lee Musici Ensemble.
