It is an absolute reference album for Italian jazz.
The protagonists are the five most famous Italian jazz musicians in the world: Enrico Rava trumpet and flugelhorn, Paolo Fresu trumpet and flugelhorn, Stefano Bollani piano, Enzo Pietropaoli double bass and Roberto Gatto battery.
I remastered this album produced by Via Veneto Jazz using the Signoricci system, entirely analog and tube.
The Master has been implemented with Ampex ATR 102 (Electronic Tube Ampex Model 351-1965) 2 tracks, 1/2 inch, 30ips modified by David Manley
I chose to make a double album because the musical program lasts about an hour and to get the best quality I had to distribuite it on 4 sides.
This to have larger and deeper grooves so guaranteeing the original dynamics that is fundamental for this repertoire.
It's a must, to have absolutely!
