To mark the 35th anniversary of fonè, Giulio Cesare Ricci wanted to create an album dedicated to jazz.
Over the years, Giulio Cesare Ricci has recorded with many different groups: jazz duos, trios, quartets, and big bands.
The unique feature of this album is that he chose a track from each jazz production he has made over the years... each recording featured different artists and different recording locations, but one thing remained constant: Giulio Cesare Ricci and his analog, tube-based recording system.
When you listen to it, you'll hear a consistent, natural, dynamic, and realistic sound throughout the tracks, even though they were recorded in different years. This unique quality makes this album unique.
